This position offers a guaranteed base salary of $23/hour with total earning potential of up to $35/hour. Annually, commission and bonus opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotes, present coverage options, and close sales.
• Build strong client relationships through consistent follow-up.
• Identify new sales and cross-selling opportunities.
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals.
• Bring a positive, competitive attitude—and have fun while winning as a team!

Requirements

• Sales or client-facing experience is a plus; insurance experience is preferred but not required.
• Valid California Property & Casualty Insurance License, or willingness to obtain one. Licensing assistance available..
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Professional, dependable, and trustworthy.
• Coachable with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
