Job Description:

The Administrator III Logistics is a key member of the logistics team responsible for supporting inventory management material handling kitting shipping and receiving activities. This role helps ensure accurate material movement efficient logistics execution and strong cross-functional support across business operations.

Primary Responsibilities

Material Handling Inventory and Shipping Support

• Support daily logistics activities including receiving shipping storing distributing and issuing materials.
• Perform material handling kitting packing and shipment preparation activities as needed.
• Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts bin audits reconciliation and root cause analysis.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and complete transactions in ERP and shipping systems.
• Prepare domestic and international shipments including required shipping and export documentation.
• Process Production Expense RMA and Virtual receipts in accordance with established procedures.
• Operate within shipping platforms such as UPS FedEx and other logistics systems.

Process Improvement and Cross-Functional Support

• Participate in cross-functional initiatives focused on cost reduction inventory reduction quality improvement and inventory turns.
• Identify logistics issues investigate root causes and recommend corrective actions.
• Support process improvements that strengthen accuracy efficiency safety and customer service.

Operational Flexibility

• Cross-train across logistics functions including shipping receiving inventory control and kitting.
• Collaborate with internal departments and communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
• Support additional projects assignments and operational priorities as needed.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Qualifications

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehousing logistics shipping/receiving inventory control or manufacturing operations.
• Experience supporting domestic and international shipments including export documentation and AES filing preferred.
• Experience working in a fast-paced operations or manufacturing environment.

Technical Skills

• Experience using ERP systems such as Agile SAP Dynamics AX or similar platforms.
• Experience using UPS FedEx or other carrier shipping systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel Word and Outlook.
• Ability to accurately enter review and maintain logistics and inventory data.

• Familiarity with ESD material handling guidelines preferred.

We offer a total compensation package that ranks among the best in the industry. The hourly pay range for this position which could be performed in the US is $35000-$87000.*

*Range is dependent on numerous factors including job location skills and experience.
