About The Role We’re hiring a Customer Support Associate to provide friendly, reliable support to our customers throughout their experience with our company. As a Customer Support Associate, you’ll serve as a key point of contact for customers—answering questions, assisting with onboarding or setup, and ensuring issues are resolved efficiently.
