About The Role We’re hiring a Customer Support Associate to provide friendly, reliable support to our customers throughout their experience with our company. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and building positive relationships. As a Customer Support Associate, you’ll serve as a key point of contact for customers—answering questions, assisting with onboarding or setup, and ensuring issues are resolved efficiently. If you’re patient, organized, and customer-focused, this is a great opportunity to grow a career in customer support, client services, or account management.
