Onsite Maintenance Supervisor - Residential Communities

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure indoor and outdoor community areas meet high standards of cleanliness, safety, and functionality. You will handle work orders, perform repairs, and oversee the make-ready process for leasing and new move-ins. The role requires EPA HVAC certifications, strong customer service and communication skills, and the ability to read and write effectively.
