Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | 5x8-Hour Shifts (8:00–16:00) | No weekends | No on-call

Key Responsibilities

• Perform mammography imaging procedures in an acute care hospital setting
• Operate Hologic mammography equipment to produce diagnostic-quality images
• Assist with breast biopsy procedures as needed
• Document patient information and imaging records accurately using Epic EMR
• Maintain a 1:1 workflow standard in alignment with departmental expectations
• Participate in holiday coverage, with an expectation to work 3 of 5 designated holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Mammography Technologist experience required
• Valid state license or compact license — must be in hand at time of submission
• Hologic mammography system experience required
• Ability to commit to holiday coverage expectations as outlined above
• All RTO and scheduling requests must be submitted upfront at time of submittal; post-offer RTO requests may not be accommodated
• Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Breast biopsy experience preferred
• Familiarity with Epic EMR charting system
• Experience working in a short-term acute care hospital environment
