Test Technician II (On-site)

Our client is seeking a Test Technician II to support manufacturing and testing of electronic assemblies in a fast-paced production environment. Set up and operate test equipment for production assemblies and units Conduct testing following established methods, procedures, and standards Troubleshoot and diagnose issues to the component level Perform adjustments, calibrations, and modifications to equipment as needed Read and interpret schematics, diagrams, and work instructions Use hand tools, power tools, and test instruments such as oscilloscopes and multimeters Perform hand soldering and support rework activities Verify product quality and support process control procedures Required Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience in manufacturing testing, specifically with PCB boards Hands-on troubleshooting and problem-solving experience Strong soldering skills (hand soldering required) Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Preferred Qualifications Experience with RF analyzers and advanced test equipment IPC-A-610 and/or J-STD certifications (Modules 1, 3, 6 preferred) Ability to become solder certified Education High School Diploma or Trade School education required Shift: (Mon-Thu), typically 6A-4:30P Benefits: Health Insurance Sick time 401k Pay Range: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour (Depending on experience and qualifications) By applying for this job, you agree to receive calls, AI-generated calls, text messages, or emails from HEPCO, Inc and its affiliates, and contracted partners.
