Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active state SLP licensure or eligibility
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong CFY candidates considered
• Previous school-based SLP experience is highly desirable
• Proficiency in conducting assessments and implementing intervention plans
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with educators, families, and interdisciplinary teams
• Ability to organize documentation and IEP paperwork efficiently

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess students for speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
• Develop and implement personalized therapy goals aligned with IEP objectives
• Deliver engaging individual and group therapy sessions
• Collaborate with teachers, counselors, administrators, and families to support student progress
• Document services, monitor student growth, and provide IEP progress updates
• Participate in student evaluations, annual reviews, and parent meetings
• Utilize evidence-based interventions and stay current on best practices in the field
