Develop Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients' needs and create personalized therapy strategies to help them reach their functional objectives

Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work alongside fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care

Educate Patients and Families: Provide training for patients and their caregivers on therapy techniques to enhance ongoing recovery at home

Track and Document Progress: Monitor patient outcomes and modify treatment plans as necessary to ensure continued improvement

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college or university

Continuing education or additional certifications welcomed and encouraged

Valid OTR/L license

NBCOT certification mandatory

A genuine enthusiasm for helping others achieve their highest potential for independence

Effective, compassionate communication skills with patients and team members

Capability to think innovatively and adjust approaches to meet diverse patient needs
