If you love a fast-paced environment, high energy, and healthy food, you will fit right in. No prior restaurant experience required—we fully train for attitude and work ethic.

What you'll do:

Craft Bowls: Assemble beautiful, nutritious protein bowls quickly and accurately for our guests, while being aware of food allergans.
Prep Fresh: Help chop, slice, and prepare our high-quality ingredients daily.
Greet & Guide: Welcome guests warmly, explain our menu options, and ring up orders efficiently.
Keep it Clean:
Maintain a spotless, organized service line, workspace and dining area .
Keep it Stocked: Restock food and beverage items as needed. Put food deliveries and supplies in proper areas.
Follow the rules : Follow all local and state health department regulations and safety protocols.

Quick Learner: You can multi-task in a bustling environment while staying calm under pressure.
Eligible: You are at least 18 years old and have reliable transportation.

The Bol Place is a subsidiary of Sturbridge Coffee House which has grown from a small café over the last 19 years, into a bustling coffee house, with multiple Mini Sturbridge Coffee House locations.
We serve hundreds of people in the heart of Sturbridge, MA and beyond. We wouldn't be the great coffee house we are today, nor be opening additional locations, without the dedication of every employee and customer over the years.
