Pay will start at $20/hr - Franklinton, NC (On-Site) - 12 Hour Rotating Swing Shift (Days & Nights)

We are hiring Chemical Operators for a growing industrial biotechnology manufacturing facility in Franklinton! This hands-on role involves operating production equipment, monitoring processes, troubleshooting issues, and supporting safe, high-quality manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities:

• Operate manufacturing equipment manually and via computer controls
• Follow SOPs and safety procedures
• Monitor processes and troubleshoot production issues
• Work closely with team members across operations
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements:

• HS Diploma or GED required
• Valid drivers license
• Manufacturing or production experience preferred
• cGMP, food safety, or chemical process experience is a plus
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs and work in a physically active environment
• Strong computer skills required

Due to the nature of the materials at this facility, all employees will need to be fitted for a respirator. Thus facial hair is not permitted for this position
