We are hiring seasonal, part‑time and full‑time sales team members to join our Zales Outlet. You will help customers celebrate life and express love by providing a superior experience. Responsibilities Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and desires Present merchandise and share detailed information regarding features and benefits of products Provide information regarding extended service plans and financing options Meet individual and team sales goals Qualifications A desire to help customers celebrate the special moments in their lives Strong customer service, sales, retail and/or jewelry experience Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours such as nights, weekends, and holidays Positive, customer‑focused approach in delivering an exceptional customer experience Strong communication and relational skills Benefits Base pay, $16.90 – $25.60 plus commission on sales. Final pay rate shall be determined and is based on experience and qualifications.
