Days RPSGT - Novant Health - Wilmington, NC Sleep Care of Wilmington – Full‑time About The Position MedBridge Healthcare is seeking a full‑time Day RPSGT to work in our Wilmington, NC sleep lab at Sleep Care of Wilmington. The position will provide sleep services during the day and facilitate MLSTs during day hours. Sign‑on bonus up to $10k (DOE) and competitive hourly pay based on experience. The role supports the growing sleep program and offers additional pay per shift for attending and scoring productivity. Responsibilities Facilitate sleep studies and collect data. Prepare equipment, record activities, and analyze results. Follow proper polysomnographic procedures, including the use of electrodes, sensors, calibration of equipment, and fitting of airway pressure masks. Score clinical events such as respiratory and cardiac episodes and tabulate final data for review. Comply with safety regulations and laws. Job Requirements High school diploma or higher education level. Completion of an accredited Polysomnography program. Certified by the Board of Registered Polysomnographic Technologists as a Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) and hold an NC Medical Board license. Certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) and/or CPR. Valid vaccination and immunization records or titers. Physical Demands of the Job The employee is regularly required to stand, walk, and sit, talk and hear. Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus. The employee must use their hands to operate office equipment. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently up to 25 pounds, and occasionally up to 50 pounds.
