Soft Count Clerk

As a Soft Count Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately counting and recording currency from various gaming sources within the casino. • Conduct the counting, sorting, and recording of currency from slot machines and other gaming sources 

• Utilize specialized equipment to ensure accurate and efficient soft count processes 

• Adhere to strict security and confidentiality protocols 

• Record and document all counts accurately and in compliance with regulatory requirements 

• Prepare detailed reports for management and regulatory agencies as needed 

• Reconcile discrepancies and report any irregularities promptly 

• Ensure strict adherence to all internal controls and regulatory guidelines 

• Previous experience in soft count operations or a similar financial role is preferred 

• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy 

• Ability to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion 

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills 

• Must be 21
• Must be able to obtain MS gaming permit
