Community Resource Center Case Manager

St. Andrew’s Community Resource Center (CRC), a ministry of St. Andrew’s Lutheran Church in Mahtomedi, Minnesota, seeks to transform lives through Christ’s love by equipping families and individuals with resources that lead to housing and employment stability. We are currently seeking a dependable and caring Case Manager. The Case Manager supports and affirms the identity, mission and vision of St. Andrew’s Lutheran Church by providing support and resources for individuals and families in need, helping families find resources, and providing case management services to guests.
