Job Description

NobleCare Home Health is seeking a dependable, compassionate, and professional Home Health Aide (HHA)/Caregiver to join our growing team.

NobleCare is a small, nurse-owned home care company focused on providing personalized, high-quality care. We value consistency and want caregivers who genuinely enjoy helping others and are interested in becoming a long-term part of our team.

Responsibilities include:

Assisting clients with activities of daily living (ADLs)
Personal care, bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting assistance
Mobility, transfers, and fall-prevention support
Meal preparation and feeding assistance as needed
Light housekeeping related to the client’s care
Companionship and emotional support
Providing reminders and following the client’s established care plan
Observing and reporting changes in the client’s condition
Maintaining professional communication with the RN and family
Completing required documentation for each shift

Qualifications:

Previous caregiving, home health, assisted living, or nursing facility experience preferred
HHA/STNA experience is a plus
Dependable and punctual
Compassionate and respectful
Reliable transportation
Ability to safely assist clients with mobility and personal care
Must be able to pass required background screening
Strong communication skills
Must maintain client confidentiality and professional boundaries
