Data Processing Clerk

LendAbiz is seeking a detail-oriented Data Processing Clerk to support the accurate processing, organization, and maintenance of business financing and customer information. LendAbiz provides small-business financing solutions, including term loans, revenue-based financing, and lines of credit.

Responsibilities

• Enter, update, and verify customer and application information in internal systems.
• Process business financing applications and supporting documentation with accuracy.
• Review records for missing, inconsistent, or duplicate information.
• Organize digital documents, financial records, and application files.
• Maintain accurate databases and spreadsheets while following established procedures.
• Assist with processing business bank statements, financial documents, and other application materials.
• Retrieve and compile information for internal teams when needed.
• Protect confidential customer and business information.
• Communicate with internal teams to resolve data discrepancies and processing issues.
• Complete assigned administrative and data-processing tasks within established deadlines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative or finance-related education is a plus.
• Previous experience in data processing, administrative support, records management, banking, lending, or a related field preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and database systems.
• Ability to handle confidential financial information responsibly.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a remote environment.
