Thriving Joy is a boutique, therapist-owned practice specializing in feeding, lactation, and speech for children birth through elementary school. What makes this different Parents are treated as the experts on their own child. We partner with families, support how they choose to parent, and understand that emotional support is part of treatment, not something extra. You'll learn alongside a clinician with over a decade of NICU and pediatric hospital experience. Jaime Perez (MS, CCC-SLP, CLC, CNT, NTMCT) is invested in growing feeding specialists, and mentorship here is ongoing, not a one-time onboarding. Who we're looking for A licensed SLP or OT with a genuine passion for pediatric feeding Experience with sensory-based feeding challenges (picky eaters, food aversions, texture difficulties) Infant feeding experience strongly preferred: bottle and breastfeeding difficulties, oral-motor coordination, NICU graduates Someone who is curious, collaborative, and wants to keep growing their clinical skills A clinician who sees the whole family, not just the child in front of them What you'll do Evaluate and treat infants, toddlers and elementary age children struggling with feeding and swallowing.
