Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources.

• Provide tailored individual, family, and group therapy, utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Therapy.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client assessments, including specific goals, interventions, and measurable outcomes.

• Collaborate extensively with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.

• Offer crisis intervention, perform risk assessments, and execute safety planning when necessary to ensure client safety and well-being.

• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation following ethical guidelines and legal requirements, contributing to case continuity and clarity within the treatment team.

Qualifications\n
