Job Description

The Project Manager - Builder Developer will be responsible for:

• Lead all project management activities for a major groundup multifamily development from construction start through turnover
• Manage buyout, budgeting, forecasting, and cost controls for a $100M+ project
• Oversee schedules, procurement, logistics planning, and subcontractor coordination
• Partner closely with field teams to drive safety, quality, and workflow efficiency
• Mentor an APM and support 2-3 Superintendents to ensure seamless project execution
• Serve as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders, field operations, design teams, and external partners
• Identify risks early and implement corrective action to protect schedule and budget
• Uphold company values around integrity, collaboration, safety, and continuous improvement

The Successful Applicant

The Project Manager - Builder Developer should have:

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager within groundup construction
• Woodframe, newconstruction multifamily experience, ideally 200+ unit projects
• Proven ability to run projects independently, manage buyout, and control a large project budget
• Strong communication, leadership, and subcontractor management skills
• Ability to travel ~2x a month
