Deine Rolle:
Als Senior Kundenberater (d/m/w) bist du zentraler Bestandteil unseres Beratungsteams und trgst dazu bei, unsere Kundinnen und Kunden sicher durch die Welt der Vermgensanlage zu begleiten fachlich berzeugend, verstndlich und stets auf Augenhhe.
Deine Aufgaben:
- Du bertst per Telefon und Video mit klarer Fokussierung auf Investment, Vermgensaufbau und Wertpapierstrategien
- Du begleitest unsere Kunden ganzheitlich bei allen Fragen rund um ihre Vermgenswerte und ffnest ihnen den Zugang zum globalen Investment-Know-how der Deutschen Bank
- Du erkennst Cross-Selling-Potenziale und leitest sie aktiv ber fr eine ganzheitliche Betreuung
- Du arbeitest eng mit anderen Bereichen zusammen (Filialvertrieb, Remote Banking, Vertriebspartner, u. v. m.) und strkst damit unseren Omnikanal-Ansatz
Was du mitbringst:
- Eine abgeschlossene Bankausbildung, Ausbildung in der Versicherungsbranche oder ein wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium
- AnsFuG-Berechtigung sowie mehrjhrige Erfahrungen in der Abwicklung von Wertpapiergeschften
- Vertiefende Kenntnisse in der Investmentberatung sowie ein sehr gutes Verstndnis des Wertpapiergeschfts ber verschiedene Risikoklassen hinweg
- Ausgeprgte vertriebliche Strke und echtes Interesse daran, Menschen bei Finanzentscheidungen kompetent zu begleiten
- Sicheres, professionelles und freundliches Auftreten auch in digitalen Gesprchssituationen
