The role involves working in a dynamic healthcare environment, looking after varied patient types including CHF, Dysrhythmia, and Stroke. Key Responsibilities of the RN - PCU

• Provide direct patient care in a PCU setting
• Interpret cardiac rhythms and perform wound care
• Manage central lines and administer blood products
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Float within region as required, following scope of practice

Requirements of the RN - PCU

• 18 months+ experience as a PCU RN
• Active BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
• Proficiency with cardiac gtt and tracheostomies
