Registered Nurse - Acute Care Orthopedics

Role Overview Provides direct patient care in a fast-paced orthopedic acute care setting, utilizing the nursing process and emphasizing evidence-based practice. Collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes, prioritizes wellness and safety, and models proficiency through precepting new staff. Contributes to quality care and maintains safety standards. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited nursing program; Bachelor's preferred. Current RN licensure and BLS certification. Minimum six months of RN experience. Strong communication, teamwork, and critical thinking skills. Key Responsibilities Deliver top-of-scope nursing care on specialty units with moderate to high acuity. Adhere to evidence-based care models and unit standards.
