iStaff Pros is partnering with a growing, family-owned insurance agency seeking a detail-oriented  Administrative/Customer Service Representative to support its office team and provide a positive experience for clients.

About the Role

As an  Administrative/Customer Service Representative , you’ll play an important role in supporting both the agency team and its clients through day-to-day administrative and customer service responsibilities.

You’ll help keep office operations organized, assist with client requests and policy-related tasks, and provide reliable support to agents while ensuring records, documents, and follow-up stay accurate and up to date.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver friendly, professional customer service by phone, email, and in person
• Prepare and process policy documents, certificates, and client files
• Complete administrative tasks including data entry, scheduling, and follow-up
• Maintain accurate records and follow established office and carrier procedures
• Support agents with quoting, policy changes, billing inquiries, and renewals
• Assist with document management, client onboarding, and general office organization
• Help maintain an organized and efficient work environment

What You’ll Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of administrative, office, receptionist, or professional customer service experience preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented approach
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a structured office environment
• Proficiency with computers and basic office software
• Willingness to learn new systems and follow established processes
• Ability to work in-office Monday–Friday

Insurance experience is a plus but not required.
