Join a clean, modern fabrication shop where your welding skills make a direct impact. In this role, you'll form, fit, and weld components used in plows and heavy equipment attachments. Using blueprints and detailed work instructions, you'll perform high-quality MIG welding in a production environment focused on safety, precision, and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions to understand daily production requirements.
• Form, fit, and weld components for plows and heavy equipment attachments to exact specifications.
• Perform MIG welding on various metal components, ensuring clean, strong, and consistent welds.
• Set up, operate, and adjust welding and fabrication equipment for efficient production.
• Inspect welds and assemblies to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Follow standard fabrication processes to maintain consistency and minimize rework.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.

Essential Skills:

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Hands-on MIG welding experience in a fabrication or production setting.
• Experience forming and fitting metal components prior to welding.
• Welding certification from school or prior employment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to consistently produce high-quality production welds.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Formal welding education or trade school training.
• Experience in heavy equipment or industrial fabrication environments.
• Familiarity with standard fabrication tools and shop equipment.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to meet production deadlines.

Job Type & Location: This is a Permanent position based out of Osceola, WI.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
