Pay Rate: $20.00 – $22.00 / hour (Depending on relevant experience, job stability, and proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and ERP systems)

PrideStaff is partnering with a premier client in Florida to find a dedicated Service Coordinator to join a fast-paced, collaborative team. In this role, you will play a critical part in providing essential operational support, handling data entry, managing work orders, and coordinating closely with accounting and service teams to ensure seamless client deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

• Work Order Management: Accurately enter new work orders into preferred internal systems for clear tracking and operational visibility.
• Data Entry & Billing Support: Manage high-volume data entry across order processing and assist with back-end billing requirements.
• Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work alongside internal departments and subcontractors to collect essential job documentation, completion travelers, photos, and signed forms for invoicing.
• Billing & Accounting Liaison: Prepare billing packets for final invoicing, assist in gathering/verifying sales tax percentages, and serve as a bridge between accounting and service to resolve billing issues.
• Cross-Training & Teamwork: Cross-train across various client platforms and portals to ensure team-wide support and continuous workflow.
• Compliance & Deadlines: Adhere strictly to departmental scheduling requirements and project deadlines.

Qualifications & Skills

• Industry Experience: Sign industry experience is required .
• Software & Tech Proficiency: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel and Outlook ) along with hands-on experience using an ERP system or internal database.
• Administrative & Billing Background: Prior experience in accounting support, invoicing, or billing-adjacent workflows preferred.
• Core Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and solid basic math/organizational skills.
• Work History: Demonstrated job stability and a track record of reliable performance.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required (2+ years of related administrative or coordination experience preferred).

Physical Requirements & Work Environment

• Performed primarily indoors in a standard office setting.
• Involves regular office activities including sitting, walking, light lifting (up to 20 lbs.), repetitive keyboarding/data entry, and professional phone communication.
