Role Overview As a Traffic Safety Protector, you will work with a team at various job sites to ensure safety and traffic management. No prior experience or degree is required, as comprehensive training is provided. Your Key Responsibilities Include Setting up cones, signs, barricades, and traffic control equipment, then dismantling them after work Guiding traffic using stop/slow paddles and monitoring site activity Adhering to all safety protocols learned during training Communicating effectively with team members and supervisors Maintaining vehicles and equipment in a safe, clean condition Working outdoors in all weather conditions, potentially for long hours Qualifications include a valid driver’s license, ability to stand, walk, lift 40–50 pounds, and work in traffic and various weather conditions. Flexibility, punctuality, and passing a drug screening are essential, along with maintaining safety vigilance and respectful conduct. Compensation and Benefits include hourly pay ($17.23–$18.07), overtime, pay increases, paid training, and a traffic safety certificate.
