Electro Mechanic

Job Full Description Company Information: We're seeking an experienced Electro Mechanic to join a growing manufacturing team. This position is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, maintaining, and improving a variety of electrical and mechanical systems throughout the facility. The ideal candidate will have strong PLC troubleshooting experience, solid industrial maintenance skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement. This is a DIRECT HIRE opportunity! Electro Mechanic Job Duties : Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electromechanical equipment and systems Install and maintain electrical components on manufacturing equipment Diagnose electrical and mechanical failures using schematics, drawings, and diagnostic tools Program and modify PLCs to improve equipment performance and reliability Perform preventive and predictive maintenance activities Assist with equipment upgrades, installations, and commissioning projects Troubleshoot motors, drives, sensors, actuators, and automated systems Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at increasing efficiency and reducing downtime Follow all safety procedures, including lockout/tagout requirements Maintain accurate maintenance documentation and communicate effectively with production and engineering teams Pay/Benefits: Up to $35/hr (based on experience) Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan with match HSA and FSA options Paid time off and paid holidays Employee Assistance Program And more! Schedule: Training Period (approximately 3 months): Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM After Training: 12-hour night shifts, 6:00 PM-6:00 AM Rotating 2-2-3 schedule Must be willing to work a rotating schedule.
