Where You Will Work:

Aurora Health (now part of Advocate Health) WI Division Float Pool is a multi?site resource team supporting Ambulatory care across the Wisconsin Division. Float RNs provide adaptable, high?quality nursing care across multiple hospitals and units based on organizational need. Teammates must be flexible, skilled, and ready to deliver exceptional care in a wide variety of settings.

Were Looking For:

  Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing

Minimum Job Requirements

Education

Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program.

Certification / Registration / License

  Active registered nurse (RN) multi-state compact and/or single-state license with privileges to practice in the state(s) where the RN is providing client nursing services

  Must have functional speech, vision, hearing, and touch with ability to use fine hand manipulation skills for IV insertion and other procedures/functions.
