U.S. Legal Support is looking for a Graphic Designer I to join our growing Marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity for an early-career designer to build experience, strengthen their portfolio, and collaborate with experienced marketing professionals in a fast-paced, creative environment.

What You'll Be Doing

• Create visually compelling graphics in a deadline-driven environment
• Design and develop:
  • Marketing collateral
  • Brochures and flyers
  • Trade show banners
  • Posters and signage
  • Social media graphics
  • Email headers and digital assets
  • PowerPoint presentations
• Help maintain and strengthen U.S. Legal Support's brand identity
• Ensure consistency across typography, color palettes, and design standards
• Assist with website graphics and digital content updates
• Collaborate with the Marketing team on campaigns, initiatives, and creative projects
• Incorporate feedback and revisions while maintaining high-quality design standards
• Support additional marketing efforts as business needs evolve

What We're Looking For

• 1-2 years of graphic design experience (internship, freelance, or professional experience considered)
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and design fundamentals
• Proficiency with:
  • Adobe InDesign
  • Adobe Illustrator
  • Adobe Photoshop
  • Adobe Acrobat
  • Microsoft PowerPoint
• Understanding of branding, visual hierarchy, and design best practices
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and social media design specifications is a plus
• Experience with Figma is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
