AML Compliance Analyst

Responsibilities Interpretation of AML Risk standards, guidelines, policies and procedures Make risk-based determination through Quality Analysis whether alerts were properly cleared by Compliance Alerts Analysts Ensure Alert data has been accurately collected and documented, including but not limited to: Investigations data, Suspicious Activity Reports (SARS) and Currency Transaction Reports (CTR), Know Your Customer (KYC) information, any relevant account and transaction data and all required information which would assist in an investigation Requirements Strong research, analytical and comprehension skills, with ability to analyze large amounts of data To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus Pay & Benefits The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
