SRX Home Care, LLC, operating as Happier At Home, is actively seeking Experienced In-home Caregivers to provide compassionate and professional care for clients in the Northeast Iowa area. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting seniors and individuals who require assistance with daily living activities in the comfort and safety of their own homes. You will assist with personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, medication reminders, transportation, and offer meaningful companionship to enhance the well-being of your clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with personal hygiene, grooming, and mobility support.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when necessary.
• Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain clean and safe living spaces.
• Provide medication reminders and monitor clients’ health conditions.
• Offer companionship and engage clients in social and recreational activities.
• Transport clients to appointments, errands, or social outings.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and family members regarding client needs and changes in condition.

Requirements

• Minimum 10+ years experience in caregiving or related health care fields.
• Strong interpersonal skills with patience, empathy, and respect.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
• Must pass a comprehensive background check and saliva drug test.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Ability to follow care plans and safety procedures diligently.
