We are looking for motivated, friendly, and dependable individuals who enjoy communicating with people, working at events, and learning new skills .
No previous communications, marketing, sales, event, or customer service experience is required. Paid training is provided.
This is a great opportunity for recent graduates, career changers, first-time job seekers, and candidates looking to start a career in communications, marketing, events, customer engagement, or business.
What You’ll Do- Represent organizations, products, services, and campaigns at live events and promotional activities
- Communicate directly with customers, attendees, and members of the public
- Welcome event attendees and provide clear, friendly information
- Assist with event-based communications and customer engagement
- Explain campaign information, promotions, products, and services
- Answer questions and help attendees navigate event activities
- Support event setup, organization, and day-of-event activities
- Help coordinate communication between customers, event teams, and staff
- Maintain a professional and positive presence at events
- Assist with promotional materials, displays, and presentations
- Collect customer feedback and communicate relevant information to team members
- Support marketing and communications initiatives before, during, and after events
- Work with team members to meet event and campaign goals
- Participate in training, coaching, and team meetings
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Friendly and professional personality

- Comfortable working in event and public-facing environments
