Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Med-Surg Telemetry Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Shift Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: 1 year of experience in specialty required License: Registered Nurse Certifications: AHA BLS or Red Cross Must-Have: - Associate Degree in Nursing - 1 recent year of experience in specialty - Will consider 18 months of experience working under the highest level of professional license Description: Join our team in the Med-Surg Telemetry unit. This unit specializes in exceptional postoperative care for patients. Nurses will work with a patient-to-nurse ratio of 1:6. Team members are trained in all aspects of postoperative care, including pain management, mobility, and bedside procedures. We value a comfortable and healing environment for each individual patient and their unique needs. Collaboration with family practice physicians, hospitalists, and surgeons is essential. Candidates must be willing to float to other units and hospitals. We welcome nurses who can commit to every other weekend and holidays as required. Options include 36 or 48 hours per week.
