Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Flexible Schedule | Urgently Hiring
Blossom ABA is actively hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)to provide in-home ABA therapy services for children with autism in Mount Airy, NC and surrounding areas
We're looking for compassionate, reliable professionals who are passionate about making a lasting impact in the lives of children and families through high-quality ABA services.

Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children in home and community settings
Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
Collect accurate behavioral data and document client progress
Teach communication, social, adaptive, and daily living skills
Implement behavior intervention plans with consistency and professionalism
Collaborate with families and the clinical team to support positive client outcomes
Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
Experience providing ABA therapy preferred
Experience implementing behavior intervention plans and supporting clients who engage in aggressive or challenging behaviors is strongly preferred
Spanish-speaking candidates are a plus
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
High school diploma or equivalent required
Mount Airy, NC (Primary ZIP: 27030)
Serving surrounding communities including Dobson, Pilot Mountain, Elkin, and King
Part-time and full-time opportunities available
Afternoon and evening availability highly preferred
$22–$27 per hour , based on experience.
