Plant Maintenance MechanicWe are looking for a skilled self-motivated Plant Maintenance Mechanic to join our team! Plus $8 per hour shift differential. $1000 Hiring Bonus. $2000 Referral Bonus Program.Plant Maintenance Mechanics are responsible for the following:Perform maintenance/repair for all plant equipment (including conveyors).Complete routine maintenance as scheduled for all equipment.Must diagnose and complete minor/major repair work.Complete routine electric work such as: replacing lights, fixtures, and outlets.Will need to cut, torch, weld as necessary.May be required to operate/move heavy equipment.Required to fabricate parts from blueprints and/or hand measurementsBenefits:401k w/ MatchHealth BenefitsVisionDentalLife InsurancePaid Time OffShort Term Disability CoverageReferral Bonus ProgramRequirements:Minimum of 2 years of plant maintenance experience required.Valid Driver's License with no restrictions.Drug Screen and Background Check Required.Willing to work in outdoor weather conditions.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with conveyor belt maintenance.Experience with electrical maintenance.Experience with heavy equipment / mechanical knowledge.Experience with power operated tools, hand tools, welding equipment, and forklifts.Comfortable with repetitive fine motor control to operate tools
