Job Responsibilities

Serves existing accounts by investigating complaints; conducting equipment tests; communicate equipment problems;

Completes scheduled routine collections on machines

Merchandising and filling machines.

Assists with loading and unloading vehicle(s). As well as placing new machines on route. Must be able to lift/move 50lbs.

Keeps personal equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance; calling for repairs.

Documents service and installation actions by completing logs, and records

Maintains customer confidence by keeping financial and service information confidential.

Some after hours on call and weekend work

No overnight travel required

 

Skills/Qualifications: Analyzing Information , Judgment, Client Relationships, Equipment Maintenance, Reporting Skills, Confidentiality, Quality Focus, Results Driven, Supply Management, Informing Others, Work Cooperatively with others, Clean Driving Record, Ability to handle physical workload, Computer skills and some technical ability preferred but not required. Will train.

Education Requirements:

High School Diploma / GED equivalent with Secondary Schooling preferred

Must be at least 21 years old
