Registered Nurse (RN) – OR Circulator (ASC)We are seeking a patient-focused and highly organized Registered Nurse (RN) – OR Circulator to join our Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC). In this role, you will provide safe, efficient, and high-quality care to patients undergoing same-day surgical procedures. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced outpatient setting and values teamwork, efficiency, and exceptional patient experiences.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary patient advocate throughout the surgical experiencePerform preoperative assessments, verify patient identity, consent, and surgical siteCoordinate patient flow and ensure on-time case starts in a high-efficiency ASC settingCollaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and surgical technologistsMaintain a sterile and compliant operating room environmentMonitor patients intraoperatively and respond to changes in conditionEnsure accurate and timely documentation in the EMROversee equipment, supplies, and room turnover to support efficient case flowProvide postoperative handoff communication to PACU staffPromote a positive patient experience in a same-day surgery environmentQualificationsCurrent Registered Nurse (RN) license (Maryland)BLS / ACLS / PALS requiredMinimum of 1 year of operating room experience (circulating experience required)Strong knowledge of aseptic technique and perioperative standardsExcellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases efficientlyStrong interpersonal and communication skillsPreferred QualificationsPrior ASC or outpatient surgery experienceCNOR certification or willingness to obtainExperience in high-volume, fast-paced surgical environmentsWork Schedule & EnvironmentMonday–Friday scheduleDay shifts only (4 - 10 hour shifts)No overnight shiftsNo call requirementsClosed on major holidaysBenefitsCompetitive compensation401(k) with company matchPredictable schedule supporting work-life balance
