Jewelry Sales Consultant – Full-Time | Jewelry By Designs, A Nelson Coleman Company
A Maryland jewelry legacy, in Virginia - and we're looking for the right person to help us grow.

What you'll do- Welcome clients and take the time to understand what they're really looking for
- Guide guests through our collections - from $100 to $100,000 - with patience and care
- Build lasting relationships through personalized follow-up and genuine attention
- Learn fine jewelry and gemstones (we teach you everything - no prior experience needed)
- Support daily store operations as a true team player

You might be a great fit if...- You have at least 1 year of experience in retail, hospitality, or a customer-facing role

No jewelry experience required. We've brought people in from all kinds of backgrounds and built them into confident sales consultants. What we can't teach is genuine care for people - that has to come from you.
