* 30-35% of collections on a sliding scale, with a pay range from $120,000-$400,000 *Responsibilities:* * Perform general dental procedures including exams, fillings, crowns, bridges, and more
* Educate patients on oral health and preventive care
* Collaborate with a skilled team of hygienists and assistants
* Maintain accurate patient records and treatment plans
* Deliver high-quality care with a strong focus on patient comfort and experience *Qualifications:* * DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
* Valid Colorado dental license (or ability to obtain)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Commitment to continuing education and clinical excellence
* Positive, team-oriented attitude
* Prefer 2-3 years of experience in an Associate role.
