Retail Sales Consultant

Responsibilities Use a consultative sales approach on the sales floor, guiding customers through options and providing a great customer experience. Engage in community events, fulfill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers. Work a schedule between 9 am and 9 pm, including weekends, and use monthly seniority‑based schedules that are available two weeks in advance. Adapt quickly in a fast‑paced environment and stay current with evolving technology and new ways to meet customers’ needs. Apply prior retail or customer‑facing sales experience; if you lack sales experience, training, coaching and tools will be provided. Compensation: Retail sales consultants earn between $16.57 and $20.45 per hour plus up to $13,700 in commissions if all sales goals are met. With uncapped commission opportunities, top sellers can reach $62,460 per year. Salary may vary by geography, experience, expertise, and education.
