Available Shifts

• Evenings: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM | Rotating weekends

• Nights: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM | Rotating weekends

• Weekends: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM or 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

• Day Shift is currently unavailable.

What You'll Do

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) and essential nursing care

• Deliver hands-on care with dignity, compassion, and respect

• Work alongside nurses and the interdisciplinary care team in a long-term care and short-term rehab setting

• Help maintain a safe, welcoming, resident-centered environment

What You'll Need

• Active, unencumbered Missouri CNA license (L1MA not accepted)

• SNF or long-term care experience a plus, not required

• Ability to safely lift, transfer, reposition, and assist residents with mobility

• A genuine passion for caring for older adults
