Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Mental Health Counselor, you will tailor your approach to meet the unique needs of each client, ensuring they receive the personalized support essential for their growth and independence.

Qualifications\n

  • A Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required.

  • Active licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctorate in Psychology (PsyD).

Preferred Experience\n

Ideal candidates will have at least two years of experience working in a clinical setting. Previous experience in telehealth is a plus, as it demonstrates the ability to adapt counseling techniques to virtual platforms, ensuring effective therapeutic relationships.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Compensation for this role ranges from $90,000 to $135,000 annually, commensurate with experience and licensure. We also offer a variety of benefits, which include:
