Program Manager

3-4 days onsite in Orange County.


We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead a portfolio of digital products, web initiatives, and partner programs. This individual will oversee strategic planning, project execution, performance analysis, and ongoing optimization efforts across customer-facing digital experiences.


The ideal candidate is a highly organized, client-focused professional who can translate business needs into actionable plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, and keep complex initiatives moving from concept through delivery. This role combines project leadership, stakeholder management, digital analytics, and continuous improvement.

What You'll Do

• Lead multiple digital programs and web-based initiatives with a focus on client satisfaction, measurable performance, and sustainable growth.
• Own project plans, roadmaps, requirements, timelines, budgets, dependencies, risks, and delivery milestones.
• Serve as a primary point of contact between clients, internal operations teams, technical partners, and external vendors.
• Build and maintain productive relationships with technology and service providers, including onboarding, performance reviews, compliance expectations, and ongoing communication.
• Gather business requirements and turn them into clear project scopes, implementation plans, and feature priorities.
• Coordinate internal teams across areas such as technology, support, finance, and operations to ensure projects are delivered effectively.
• Monitor program health, resolve open issues, manage scope changes, and develop contingency plans when needed.
• Lead quality assurance activities and support the successful rollout of new features, enhancements, and digital solutions.
• Analyze program, website, and product performance using available reporting and analytics tools.
• Prepare recurring KPI reports and provide insights that support informed business decisions.
• Identify opportunities to improve lead generation, user experience, digital conversion, and operational efficiency.
• Facilitate regular status meetings with stakeholders, clients, and vendor partners.


What You Bring

• At least five years of experience managing digital marketing, website, eCommerce, or technology-focused programs.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects while balancing quality, budget, scope, and timelines.
• Strong client-facing communication skills and confidence presenting to stakeholders and leadership teams.
• A detail-oriented, proactive approach with strong ownership and follow-through.
• Experience with digital platforms, website performance, analytics, and technology solution delivery.
• Knowledge of website architecture, user experience, conversion optimization, and best practices for customer-facing digital experiences.
• Familiarity with lead generation, digital commerce workflows, merchandising, and online customer journeys.
• Working knowledge of SEO, including on-page optimization, technical SEO, local SEO, and performance measurement.
• Experience with tagging and analytics tools such as Google Tag Manager, event tracking, and conversion tracking.
• Understanding of accessibility standards, brand compliance, and digital governance requirements.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn data into practical recommendations.
• Automotive industry experience is preferred.
