As Director of Rehabilitation, you will oversee and manage all aspects of rehabilitation services, collaborating with healthcare professionals, developing individualized treatment plans, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Develop and implement rehabilitation programs tailored to patient needs. Supervise and evaluate rehabilitation staff, including physical therapists, occupational therapists, and speech-language pathologists. Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain documentation of service outcomes. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and social workers to coordinate patient care and treatment plans. Assess patient needs and develop individualized rehabilitation goals. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans for optimal outcomes. Manage resources such as equipment and supplies to support rehabilitation services. Provide leadership and mentor staff to foster a positive work environment and professional growth. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance service effectiveness and efficiency. Maintain accurate documentation and reporting on rehabilitation outcomes. Requirements Must have a current Physical Therapist Assistant license in the state of Nebraska. High personal integrity, caring attitude, and a positive professional image are required.
