As a Home Care Aide, you'll provide one-on-one support to seniors in their homes, helping them remain safe, comfortable, and independent in the place they love most. Pay & Schedule Pay: $15.50-$19.00 per hour Additional $2.00/hour weekend differential Daytime, evening, overnight and weekend shifts available Why Join Home Instead? Responsibilities May Include Assisting with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support Providing companionship, conversation, and social engagement Preparing meals and encouraging proper nutrition Performing light housekeeping and laundry Providing medication reminders according to care plans Assisting with transportation to appointments and errands Supporting individuals living with Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia Creating a safe, comfortable, and positive home environment Observing and reporting changes in client condition Maintaining accurate documentation and confidentiality At Home Instead, care is about more than completing tasks. Qualifications We're looking for dependable, compassionate individuals who enjoy helping others. Helpful Experience May Include Caregiving Home Care CNA HHA DSP Healthcare Hospitality Customer Service Childcare Education Human Services No professional caregiving experience is required. Paid training is provided.
