Team Lead – Platform Security & Infrastructure We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Lead to oversee a cross-functional team comprising ASC Champions, Senior Infrastructure Developers, and Platform Support Engineers within a top-tier financial banking institution. This is a senior leadership role that requires the ability to manage complex, multi-dimensional portfolios, engage with executive stakeholders including the CISO, and drive delivery excellence across security, infrastructure, and platform operations disciplines. Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and manage a team of senior professionals across ASC, Infrastructure, and Platform Support functions. Act as the primary escalation point and stakeholder liaison for all team-related deliverables, risks, and dependencies. Define team roadmaps, resource plans, and priorities in alignment with enterprise security and platform strategies. Interface directly with the CISO, VP-level leadership, and LOB stakeholders to report progress, risks, and strategic recommendations. Oversee portfolio management across multiple LOBs, ensuring consistent delivery quality and security compliance. Drive a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and security-first thinking across the team. Facilitate cross-team collaboration between development, security, infrastructure, and production support functions. Manage team performance, goal-setting, and professional development in partnership with HR and leadership. Serve as the go-getter executive champion for platform security initiatives and enterprise vulnerability programs. Ensure all engagements adhere to SDLC, Product Lifecycle, and regulatory frameworks applicable to financial services. Required Qualifications 10+ years of progressive experience in platform engineering, application security, or infrastructure, with 3+ years in a leadership or management role. Demonstrated ability to lead large, senior technical teams in a matrixed financial services organization. Strong executive presence and stakeholder management skills; proven ability to engage with CISO-level leadership. Deep technical expertise across application development, application security, infrastructure, and SDLC. Experience managing complex, multi-LOB platform portfolios with competing priorities and tight deadlines. Excellent strategic thinking, organizational skills, and the ability to translate technical complexity into business impact. Go-getter mindset with a bias for action, proactive problem-solving, and driving measurable outcomes. Preferred Qualifications PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent project/program management certifications. CISSP, CISM, or equivalent security leadership certifications. Experience in regulated financial services environments with exposure to CISO organizations. United IT
