Multifamily Housing Programs Specialist

West Virginia Housing Development Fund

The West Virginia Housing Development Fund seeks a Multifamily Programs Officer in Charleston to support the development and underwriting of affordable housing projects. You will work with programs such as HOME, HTF, and LIHTC, review loan proposals, prepare summaries for executives, and coordinate with sponsors, lenders, and state agencies. Required: a Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or accounting and at least two years of underwriting or lending experience; proficiency #J-18808-Ljbffr
