As we continue to grow and scale globally, our ERP and finance systems are critical to operational efficiency, financial accuracy, scalability, and cross functional alignment across the organization.We are seeking a Program Manager to lead and coordinate key initiatives across Alarm.com's Finance Systems portfolio, including ERP platforms, billing systems, procurement applications, and related finance technology initiatives. This individual contributor role will help drive execution across cross functional programs by managing timelines, dependencies, risks, communications, and operational coordination across multiple teams.This role is ideal for someone with strong program or project management experience who can independently manage workstreams, improve organizational alignment, and help drive successful delivery across business critical finance systems initiatives.The Program Manager will partner closely with Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Billing, Operations, and external implementation partners in a highly visible and collaborative environment.What You'll DoLead and coordinate Finance Systems initiatives across ERP, billing, procurement, and related operational platformsManage project timelines, dependencies, risks, action items, and communication across multiple concurrent initiativesPartner with Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Operations, and external vendors to drive program execution and delivery alignmentDrive governance activities including status reporting, stakeholder updates, meeting coordination, and issue trackingCollaborate with business and technical teams to support planning, execution, and rollout of finance systems enhancements and transformation initiativesTrack cross functional dependencies and proactively identify and mitigate delivery risks or operational impactsFacilitate prioritization discussions, milestone tracking, and follow through across project teamsCoordinate with implementation partners and vendors to support execution against agreed timelines and deliverablesMaintain program documentation, reporting, communication plans, and operational processes across initiativesDrive process improvement efforts that enhance execution consistency, visibility, and cross team coordinationSupport organizational readiness and change management activities related to finance systems initiativesOther duties as assignedRequired Experience5–8 years of experience in program management, project management, business operations, or related roles supporting enterprise systems or operational initiativesExperience managing or coordinating cross functional projects with multiple stakeholders and dependenciesExperience working with Finance, Accounting, ERP, billing, procurement, or operational systems initiativesStrong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and drive follow throughExperience coordinating timelines, risks, deliverables, and stakeholder communication across projects or programsAbility to independently drive programs and influence cross functional stakeholders without direct authorityExperience working with vendors, implementation partners, or external consulting teams is a plusAbility and willingness to learn and use AI tools to improve productivityDomain KnowledgeFamiliarity with ERP systems, finance systems, or enterprise operational platformsUnderstanding of project coordination, program governance, and cross functional delivery processesAbility to manage dependencies and support risk mitigation across multiple workstreamsWorking knowledge of finance or operational business processes is preferredAbility to quickly understand business workflows and support operational transformation effortsWays of WorkingOrganized, proactive, and detail orientedCollaborative and effective in cross functional environmentsComfortable operating in evolving environments with changing priorities and ambiguityStrong ownership mindset with the ability to independently drive work forwardEffective communicator with both technical and non technical stakeholdersHands on and execution focused while maintaining awareness of broader program goalsContinuous improvement mindset with a focus on operational efficiency and scalable processesNice to HaveExperience supporting ERP implementations or finance systems transformation initiativesFamiliarity with environments that include both homegrown and third party enterprise systemsExperience supporting governance, PMO, or portfolio coordination activitiesExposure to SaaS, subscription, or hardware related business modelsFamiliarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, and other Microsoft productivity and collaboration toolsPMP, Agile, or related project/program management certifications are a plusPlease note that sponsorship of new applicants for employment authorization, or any other immigration-related support, is not available for this position at this time.WHY WORK FOR ALARM.COM?Collaborate with outstanding people: We hire only the best.
