Full-Time Licensed Real Estate Sales Agent (Buyers + Sellers)

We are looking for  full-time, fully licensed Real Estate Sales Agents who are driven, accountable, and ready to build a consistent, high-producing business. This is not a role for those “getting licensed” or exploring real estate part-time—we are seeking agents who are already licensed in Florida and committed to treating this as a full-time career.

Consistent Lead Flow:

• Leads distributed directly to our agents every month

• Live inbound calls from Realtor.com, Homelight, Google, Zillow Showcase, listing signage, and more

• Full CRM with AI-powered follow-up to ensure no opportunity is missed

Listing & Transaction Support:

• In-house Listing Coordinator to manage listings from start to finish

• In-house Transaction Coordinator to handle contracts through closing

Production & Marketing Support:

• Professional listing photography and drone services

• Signs, riders, and marketing materials

• Zillow Showcase, 3D tours, and walkthrough videos

• Social media and post-closing marketing

COMPENSATION
100% commission-based with high earning potential, backed by a steady flow of leads and full operational support.

$81,500 - $115,500+ 100% Commission

• Conduct both  buyer and seller consultations , with a strong focus on converting and securing listings
• Follow up consistently with leads to convert opportunities into active clients
• Manage transactions from consultation to close with a high level of professionalism
• Stay informed on local market trends and position yourself as a trusted expert

• Active Florida Real Estate License (required — fully licensed, not in process)
• Full-time availability 
• Located in Hillsborough, Pasco, Pinellas, or Polk County
• Strong communication and follow-up skills — you understand speed wins deals
• Self-motivated and performance-driven
• Focused on building a sustainable, listing-based business—not just “getting started”
