COMPENSATION

What is a ballpark number for base compensation? 300K+Factors include experience, volume and production

Reason for Opening: Practice would like to add a Full-time Pediatric Ophthalmologist

Number of Openings: 1

Subspecialties: REFRACTIVE/CORNEA, OCULOPLASTICS, GLAUCOMA AND OPTOMETRY & PEDIATRIC OPHTHALMOLOGY.

Requirement: Must have completed a Fellowship in Retina

Board Certified/Board Eligible: Must be at least BE

Current Number of Physicians? 9 MDs- 6 ODs
Other Support Staff? YES

Equipment Available? ALCON

Inpatient EMR System: YES

Weekday Call? Yes - All Share Hospital Call

Weekend Call? Sometimes

Schedule: M-F

Patient Volume Per Week: 100+

How will the Candidate's Time be Split? Between 2-3 locations
